Your first property or development brief

A practical way to prepare for a conversation with Globe Marketing about buying, land sourcing, construction or project marketing.

By Globe Marketing · Planning guide

1. Name the outcome

Start with one main goal: a home to live in, an investment, land for development, construction support or a project marketing partnership. For example: “I want to source land in Karachi for a residential project and assess feasibility before proceeding.”

2. Set your boundaries

Write down your preferred area, approximate size, total budget range and desired timeline. Mark which requirements are essential and which are flexible. If you are overseas, include your time zone and whether a trusted person can attend site visits.

3. Explain what you already have

For an existing property or project, describe the current stage and the information available. Owners seeking marketing support should identify inventory, approved project material and the proposed scope of marketing rights. Confirm any rights or permissions before materials are published.

4. Identify the decisions you need help with

Separate known facts from questions. You may need help comparing locations, sourcing land, defining construction scope or planning a campaign. Ask the team to identify missing information, proposed deliverables and who will be responsible for each next step.

A brief you can use

My goal is ____. My preferred location is ____. My budget range is ____. My timeline is ____. I already have ____. I need help deciding ____.

This is a starting point for a conversation, not a valuation or confirmation of project feasibility.
